Reserve your share of premium Colorado-raised beef.
This deposit holds your spot for a ¼ beef share — fully grass-fed and grass-finished, raised on fresh pasture in Western Colorado.


🛒 How It Works

  • This is a deposit for ¼ beef.

    • Want a half beef? Add 2 to your cart.

    • Want a whole beef? Add 4 to your cart.

  • Final price is based on hanging carcass weight at $7.00/lb.

  • Average carcass weight: 725–850 lbs

    • Your cost for a ¼ share: $1,200–$1,500

    • You’ll receive approx. 110–130 lbs of packaged beef (cut & wrapped)

    • Final cost in your freezer: ~$10–$12/lb


🥩 Dry-Aged for Flavor

All beef is dry-aged a minimum of 14 days to enhance tenderness and develop rich, deep flavor. You’ll taste the difference.


📦 What You Get

  • Premium roasts, steaks, ground beef, stew meat, soup bones & more

  • Customized cut instructions available — we’ll walk you through it

  • Professionally processed, vacuum-packed, and labeled


📅 Harvest & Pickup

  • Fall 2025 harvest dates (TBD) — we’ll notify you well in advance

  • Time to clear freezer space: ~4–5 cu. ft. needed per ¼ share

  • Local pickup & delivery options will be provided
