We’ve had overwhelming demand for truly grass-finished beef — and we’re excited to offer a limited number of whole, half, and quarter beef shares for Fall 2025 harvest.

What you get

Variety of cuts: Your share includes a variety of custom order cuts – steaks, roasts, ground, etc.
Yields: Depending on carcass weight, you should expect to get about 125 lbs of packaged product with a 1/4 beef.

How to Reserve

Minimum order: 1/4 beef
- Please note, custom cut orders only available for 1/2 beef orders or larger.
- Standard cut orders are provided with 1/4 beef orders.
